Objective and scope

Prepare the workflow for authorship, source checking, clinical review, correction, approval and periodic revision of articles and educational outputs.

Submission and follow-up

Submit a link accessible to the reviewer, sources, the deliverable version and a brief note on limitations or blockers. Target deadline: 7 days after assignment and receipt of the required access/documents; the exact date is agreed before starting. Any extension of the scope requires a new agreement.

Acceptance criteria

Documented roles and criteria; verifiable reviewer qualifications; source provenance and dates; withdrawal/correction procedure; no medical review label without actual review.

The reviewer compares the submission with the brief, documents the decision and may request justified corrections. Submission alone does not constitute acceptance. Work already credited cannot receive a second award.

Prerequisites

Verified member account, approved application, brief and terms accepted before any work; Core Foundations and role training when assigned.

Specific prerequisites: Validation by a qualified professional.

A qualified professional reviewer must be appointed before assignment. The general coordinator does not replace that expertise.

Reference basis: 1 FutureOS point = USD 1 of estimated work value. Estimated scope: 12 hours × USD 60/hour. This is an indicative estimate of the assignment, not an external quotation or an actual measured duration. The fixed amount and scope are agreed before assignment; any extension requires a new agreement.

This value recognizes the contribution. It is not a dollar balance or a guarantee of payment, redemption or conversion of points into cash or tokens. Specific contribution and compensation terms are agreed separately before work begins.

Points, badges and rewards

Proposed points are subject to human acceptance of the deliverables. Badges follow the program criteria. The rewards budget remains to be established. Conversion of points into tokens is planned for a future phase; its rules, rate and date remain to be defined. Conversion is not active.
