Objective and scope

Conduct three internal role-play exercises and record needs, the appropriate offer, points requiring confirmation and next actions.

Submission and follow-up

Submit a link accessible to the reviewer, sources, the deliverable version and a brief note on limitations or blockers. Target deadline: 7 days after assignment and receipt of the required access/documents; the exact date is agreed before starting. Any extension of the scope requires a new agreement.

Student representative pathway

Mission open to a selected student with a designated sales mentor. The mentor agrees the workload, submission date and follow-up meeting according to declared availability. Exercises use only fictional cases or public professional information.

Acceptance criteria

Three fictional records; evaluated listening and qualification; approved prices only; no real customers contacted; feedback incorporated.

The reviewer compares the submission with the brief, documents the decision and may request justified corrections. Submission alone does not constitute acceptance. Work already credited cannot receive a second award.

For the student pathway: documented mentor feedback, agreed corrections incorporated and human approval. Completing this mission alone grants no customer contact, commercial commitment or access to the live CRM.

Prerequisites

Verified member account, approved application, brief and terms accepted before any work; Core Foundations and role training when assigned.

Specific prerequisites: sales-rep-training; fos-crm-pipeline.

The mission does not constitute an appointment or territorial exclusivity. No real prospecting before role activation and agreement on commercial terms.

Student representative: approved application and mentor, Core Foundations and Representative Academy assigned. Set written collaboration and compensation terms before real activity. For DocAiHealth, use only approved messages, refer medical questions and exclude patient data from exercises.

Open to students with supervision and a designated mentor.

Mission valuation — USD reference

200 proposed points after approval — estimated work value: USD 200.

Reference basis: 1 FutureOS point = USD 1 of estimated work value. Estimated scope: 5 hours × USD 40/hour. This is an indicative estimate of the assignment, not an external quotation or an actual measured duration. The fixed amount and scope are agreed before assignment; any extension requires a new agreement.

This value recognizes the contribution. It is not a dollar balance or a guarantee of payment, redemption or conversion of points into cash or tokens. Specific contribution and compensation terms are agreed separately before work begins.

Points, badges and rewards

Proposed points are subject to human acceptance of the deliverables. Badges follow the program criteria. The rewards budget remains to be established. Conversion of points into tokens is planned for a future phase; its rules, rate and date remain to be defined. Conversion is not active.
